Current website configuration
The lean public runtime sets no cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. It has no public account login, advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or cross-site tracking. Contact and Digital Assessment data is sent only when you submit a form.
The site contains local analytics event hooks for possible future use, but no external analytics adapter is installed and the events are not transmitted or stored. Display-currency selection changes the current page only and is not retained.
Necessary server processing
The server briefly holds a one-way rate-limit key derived from the request IP address in application memory to deter abuse. It expires after the rate-limit window or when the process restarts. A random form submission identifier exists in current-page memory while delivery is attempted and is sent to Resend as an idempotency key. Neither is browser storage or a tracking profile.
Browsers, hosting and networks may use ordinary transport caching outside VELYREN’s application-storage logic. Resend and the approved mailbox process submitted messages as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Stripe-hosted Checkout
If you deliberately continue to Stripe-hosted Checkout, your browser leaves the VELYREN origin. Stripe may use storage necessary to operate Checkout, secure the payment and prevent fraud under its own privacy and cookie information. VELYREN does not use that journey for advertising or behavioural tracking.
Why there is no consent banner
There is no VELYREN-origin non-essential storage to accept or reject in this launch configuration, so a cookie-consent banner would be misleading. If analytics, advertising, account sessions or another storage technology is proposed later, it will remain disabled until the purpose, legal basis, provider, retention and any required consent controls are reviewed and this notice is updated.
